Swan Meadow is nested in North East Colorado nearby the historic towns of Greeley/Eaton; in the midst of breathtaking 100ft cottonwood trees, running stream and exotic birds. Retreat from your busy life to relax in our beautiful and peaceful private space of heaven on earth.
Our 40 acres of home sweet home is full of green plants all around. The grounds are dense with mature cottonwoods, weeping willows, elderberries, and flowers. It is an absolute sanctuary ready to be shared with our white and Australian black swans, peacocks, guineas, doves, chickens and heirloom turkeys, dairy goats and cows. Memories are created here and we welcome you to visit our Swan’s Meadow.
